We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Payment
We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the time of placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
Delivery & Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Donna London is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period by emailing info@donna-london.com.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Dutch and EU data protection legislation (GDPR). By using our website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Complaints
